Part 1: Create a Campaign (Template) in Bik
Follow these steps within your Bik dashboard.1
Step 1: Create a Template
- Create a new Template in Bik.
- Use the message text provided by ReferRush.
- Replace the
{{ 1 }}variables with general-editable variables using the add variable button. - Set the Call-to-Action (CTA) button to custom URL and keep it as
https://referrush.com/whatsapp/default. - Upload the required header image.
- Save the template.

Step 2: Locate Template ID and Other Details
- After saving the template, note the Template ID.
- You will also need the API Key, Secret, and App ID from your Bik account.

Gather the required information from Bik and enter it into your ReferRush settings.1
Step 1: Locate Template ID in Bik
- Navigate to the Bik dashboard.
- Go to the “Templates” section.
- Locate the corresponding template you created for the specific ReferRush event (e.g., Welcome message).
- Copy the Template ID from the template details.

Step 2: Find API Key, Secret, and App ID in Bik
- Find your API Key, Secret, and App ID within your Bik account settings. Copy them.

Step 3: Enter Details in ReferRush
- Navigate to the configuration section for the specific message template you are setting up.
- Paste the Template ID (copied in Step 1) into the “Template ID” field.
- Paste your API Key, Secret, and App ID (copied in Step 2) into the corresponding fields.
- Save the settings in ReferRush.

- Test the integration by sending a test message from ReferRush.
