Part 1: Create a Campaign (Template) in Tellephant
Follow these steps within your Tellephant dashboard.1
Step 1: Create a Campaign
- Create a new Campaign in Tellephant.
- Use the message text provided by ReferRush in the preview page.
- Set the Call-to-Action (CTA) button type to Dynamic and keep the default settings for it.
- Upload the required header image provided by ReferRush.

Step 2: Set Up Automation Variables
- Identify and set up the necessary automation variables as mentioned in the Tellephant template preview page.

Step 3: Final Steps (in Tellephant)
- Place each variable correctly within the template body.
- Ensure the header image is correctly added/associated.
- Launch the automation associated with this template in Tellephant.

template_id, your api_key, and the header image URL from Tellephant for the next part.Part 2: Configure ReferRush
Gather the required information from Tellephant and enter it into your ReferRush settings.1
Step 1: Locate Template ID in Tellephant
- Navigate to the Tellephant dashboard.
- Go to the “Templates” section.
- Locate the corresponding template you created for the specific ReferRush event (e.g., Welcome message).
- Copy the Template ID from the template details.

Step 2: Find API Key in Tellephant
- Find your API key within your Tellephant account settings or profile section. Copy it.

Step 3: Enter Details in ReferRush
- Navigate to the configuration section for the specific message template you are setting up.
- Paste the Template ID (copied in Step 1) into the “Template ID” field.
- Paste your API Key (copied in Step 2) into the “API Key” field.
- Optionally, add the direct Header Image URL into the corresponding field if your template uses one and requires it here.
- Save the settings in ReferRush.
Part 3: Test the Integration

- Test the integration by sending a test message from ReferRush.
