Part 1: Create a Campaign (Template) in BOB
Follow these steps within your BusinessOnBots dashboard.1
Step 1: Create a Campaign
- Create a new Campaign in BOB.
- Use the message text provided by ReferRush (likely shown on the right side of the ReferRush configuration screen).
- Set the Call-to-Action (CTA) button type to Dynamic and keep the default settings for it.
- Upload the required header image provided by ReferRush.
Part 2: Configure Automation in BOB
Follow these steps within the Automations section of your BusinessOnBots dashboard.1
Step 1: Navigate to Automations
Go to the “Automations” section in your BusinessOnBots dashboard.2
Step 2: Deploy Automation
Ensure the automation related to the template you created is deployed or active. (This step assumes an automation is already partially created or selected).3
Step 3: Locate Corresponding Automation
Find and select the specific automation workflow that corresponds to the message template you are setting up (e.g., the Welcome message automation).4
Step 4: Copy Webhook Link
Within the selected automation’s settings (likely in the trigger configuration), click “Copy Webhook Link” to get the unique webhook URL for this automation.5
Step 5: Find Platform Details
- Click the “View Automation” icon (described as the second icon at the bottom) for the selected automation.
- Scroll within the automation details to find the “Message Body” section.
- Look for the “Platform” field within this section to get the platform details.
Part 3: Configure ReferRush
Finally, update your ReferRush settings.1
Step 1: Enter Details in ReferRush
- Go to the WhatsApp tab in your ReferRush dashboard.
- Go to the WhatsApp template you want to add.
- Go to configure tab
- Paste the Webhook Link (copied in Part 2, Step 4) into the appropriate field for the message type you configured.
- Enter Platform
- Save the settings in ReferRush.

- Test the integration by sending a test message from ReferRush.
